We are currently seeking motivated and experienced *CDL Drivers with a Passenger Endorsement *to join our team. As a vital member of our transportation crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers to their destinations.
*Local Driving Positions:* In our local driving position, you’ll have the opportunity to work closer to home, offering a predictable schedule with daily or regular routes. This role is perfect for drivers who value a steady routine and want to be home every night. You\’ll be responsible for transporting passengers within our service area, ensuring punctual and safe travel for all.
*Motorcoach Driving Positions:* For those who love the open road and have a passion for travel, our position offers getting paid well to see the country\’s most beautiful places, in top of the line 56 passenger luxury coaches.

*Duties:*
* Operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
* Transport passengers to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
* Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with any inquiries or concerns
* Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior
* Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
* Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
*Requirements:*
* Valid *Class A, B, or C CDL with Passenger Endorsement*
* Clean driving record with no major violations (per USDOT Regulations)
* Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
* Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must pass drug screening and background check. _Due to USDOT regulations you will be tested for for cannabis as allowed under Minnesota law. _
* Experience driving large passenger vehicles such as buses or shuttles
* Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

*Sign-On Bonus: *for a limited time, we are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for newly hired charter bus drivers. To qualify, you must stay employed with us for at least 1 year and average at least 20 hours per week.
