## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving various types of trucks and delivering goods safely and efficiently.
## Responsibilities
– Transport goods over short or long distances following safety regulations
– Inspect trucks and record issues
– Maintain a clean and safe truck
– Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
– Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving
– Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
## Qualifications
– Valid commercial driver\’s license (CDL)
– Proven work experience as a truck driver
– Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
– Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
– tractor-trailer, flatbed, and regional lane driving preferred
– Familiarity with freight handling procedures
