JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay
- $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
- Paid by the Load
- Mt Pleasant, TX average $189 – $252 per day
- Annually drivers average $56,000 with our top drivers earning $60,000+
- Orientation
- Daily minimum pay when in training
- Detention

Benefits and Bonuses
- Health Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, and vision after 60 Days
- Paid Holidays: 6 days
- Bonuses: sign on, safety, and retention
- Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
- Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver’s first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work and Route
- Pickups and Deliveries: Multiple farms each day, loading up trailers and bringing into the Nacogdoches or Mt. Pleasant plant
- Days and Hours:
- 5-6 day work week, Mon-Fri, including some weekends as business warrants
- Shifts vary- start times range from 1 am to late morning/ late morning to 9 or 10 pm
- Hiring Areas: Nacogdoches and Mount Pleasant, TX
- Daily Home Time
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53′ tractor trailer experience.
- Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience.
